Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our clients who is CEO. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s daily functions, contributing to the overall success of the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to CEO.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other necessary documents for meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and handle communication on behalf of the executive, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination of conferences, business meetings, and other organizational events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support various special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Familiarity with travel booking and logistics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
